    We proudly accept pets at Pointe Grand. To ensure the health and safety of all of our residents and their animal companions, we require a meet & greet and community registration for all pets. Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Pet fees are $350.00 for the first pet, $200.00 for the second pet, with a monthly pet rent of $20.00 per pet. Some restrictions apply, please contact us in the office for our full pet policy.
